Shadow Management
The support offer for companies may be realized in the Shadow management module – more personalized, dedicated in most cases to a specific person but also to project teams. Shadow management becomes more and more popular in Poland together with increasing awareness, that the access to many competences gained by experienced top managers may bring true long term benefits. At the same time, it allows for seeking an independent external opinion from outside the organization, and strengthening of a manager’s opinion as an expert. Routine frameworks for action, existing internal relations may be the obstacles confining development. The scope and form of such a cooperation is determined individually, based on earlier analysis and real customer’s needs and targets to be achieved.
